The Academic Directors
Dr. Yossi Maaravi

Dean of the Adelson School of Entrepreneurship at Reichman University

Yossi obtained his B.A. (magna cum laude) from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, where he studied psychology and was part of the "Amirim" interdisciplinary honors program. He completed his PhD. in Business Administration in the direct program for excellent PhD. students at Tel Aviv University.

His research focuses on behavioral decision-making, negotiation, creativity, and innovation.

Alongside academic research and publishing, he is also the author of two children's books and a book on negotiation. Dr. Maaravi has more than 20 years of experience in teaching and training young adults, students and managers from Israel, the US, Singapore, Germany, and China. Besides academic teaching and research, he has vast field experience both as an entrepreneur and as a management consultant working with leading Israeli companies.

From 2022 cohort

Who can apply ?

  • Candidates must have completed their undergraduate degree, and have at least one year work experience.
  • The steering Committee, under exceptional circumstances, can consider candidate without a first degree.
  • Filing up the registration form.
  • In specific cases: personal interviews with program leadership.
  • Our goal is to assemble a professionally diverse group of about 40 outstanding individuals.
  • Takwin and the IIA will subsidy 80% of the cost. Each participant has to pay 20% of the cost that equals NIS 5,000
