Dr. Yossi Maaravi

Dean of the Adelson School of Entrepreneurship at Reichman University

Yossi obtained his B.A. (magna cum laude) from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, where he studied psychology and was part of the "Amirim" interdisciplinary honors program. He completed his PhD. in Business Administration in the direct program for excellent PhD. students at Tel Aviv University.

His research focuses on behavioral decision-making, negotiation, creativity, and innovation.

Alongside academic research and publishing, he is also the author of two children's books and a book on negotiation. Dr. Maaravi has more than 20 years of experience in teaching and training young adults, students and managers from Israel, the US, Singapore, Germany, and China. Besides academic teaching and research, he has vast field experience both as an entrepreneur and as a management consultant working with leading Israeli companies.

Ronen Soffer

Ronen Soffer has over 30 years of experience in the tech world and since 2001 especially in the startup arena. Ronen was a partner in leading Telmap from day one until it was sold to Intel. He currently leads the product field at Intuition Robotics.

Ronen serves in many Advisory Boards including Moovit, SafeDK, Screenovate, epos, Nexar and more.

In recent years Ronen has been volunteering as a mentor / thinking partner at the Adelson School of Entrepreneurship at the Reichman University and in some nonprofit associations such as Tsofen, Presentence, Bridgetech and Matach - MindCET.

3D Generation program is designed and led by a partnership of Israel’s leaders in Tech, entrepreneurship and innovation: Takwin Ventures fund, The Adelson school of Entrepreneurship at the Reichman University, and the Israel Innovation Authority.

Who can apply ?

  • Candidates must have completed their undergraduate degree, and have at least one year work experience.
  • The steering Committee, under exceptional circumstances, can consider candidate without a first degree.
  • Filing up the registration form.
  • In specific cases: personal interviews with program leadership.
  • Our goal is to assemble a professionally diverse group of about 40 outstanding individuals.
  • Takwin and the IIA will subsidy 80% of the cost. Each participant has to pay 20% of the cost that equals NIS 5,000
